During an election year, Justin Mohn, of Pennsylvania beheads his father. Then delivers video manifesto.
Justin Mohn is a Levittown, Pennsylvania, man who is accused of beheading his father on January 30, 2024, and then holding up the severed head, in an extremely graphic YouTube video
In the video, which was reviewed and saved by GIA before it was taken down, Mohn went on a lengthy rant about the federal government, illegal immigration and President Joe Biden.
In the video manifesto he called to mobilize militias, to attack federal courthouses, and for American patriots to assassinate federal employees.
He called for the impeachment of FBI director Christopher Wray last February on his Facebook page.
In 2020, he wrote on Facebook, “#Yeezy for Preezy twenty-twenty-feezy! 2024 may be the first year I bother to vote.”
Near the end of the video he states, “This is the head of Mike Mohn, a federal employee of over 20 years and my father." He then displays a bloody head wrapped in a plastic bag." He is now in hell for eternity as a traitor to his country.”
The video was on the YouTube page @justinmohn6542, which had 115 subscribers. The page was still live on January 30, but the video had now been removed and scrubbed off the internet. Mohn is the author of a few books listed on Amazon.com, including one called “America’s Coming Bloody Revolution,” and another titled, “Poems I Wrote While Stoned.”
"New legislation proposed in the House and Senate seeks to outlaw paramilitary activity including patrolling and drilling. The federal law would add to state laws against the groups often self-described as “militias,”.
Justin Mohn was likely a paranoid schizophrenic who was also a heavy user of marijuana, likely worsenening the condition. The media and Congress will use this man’s insane ramblings to push S.3589, a bill to prohibit private militias, and demonize MAGA even though Mohn’s Militia doesn’t exist.
The Preventing Private Paramilitary Activity Act of 2024 is a bill that allows the Attorney General to bring a civil action for preventive relief if they have reasonable cause to believe that a person or group of people have engaged in or are about to engage in an act prohibited by section 2742.
The bill isS.3589 in the 118th Congress (2023-2024).
Police confirmed they have a person of interest in custody. They did not name him. However, Mohn’s name is clearly visible on the YouTube page and on other social media accounts.
In 2023, he filed a lawsuit against the federal government that reads, in part, “Justin Mohn, a 2014 graduate of Pennsylvania State University, returns for the fourth time pro se to sue the United States for allowing him to borrow money to attend college without advising him he may not find satisfactory work as an overeducated white man almost ten years later.”
The man was detained on Jan 30 in Fort Indiantown Gap in central Pennsylvania, approximately two hours away from his home in Levittown where the police found a body with a missing head in the bathroom.
Fort Indiantown Gap is a training facility for Pennsylvania National Guard and the suspect is not part of the guard. Justin Mohn is being charged with first degree murder, abuse of a corpse, and possession of the instrument of a crime. Be suspicious of everyting.
